As promised, today I am sharing the first look from this month’s Stitch Fix box. The top is a choker style gray top which is a trending look.
This top, the Tarmara Cut Out Knit Top by LNA, is exclusive to Stitch Fix but there are many similar versions. While this is just a basic top, it has a super soft feel and a good fit, so I think it’s a keeper. What do you think? Thumbs up or thumbs down?
What I really wanted to show today is how easy it is to a dress up a basic top and jeans with great jewelry. And by that, I don’t mean really expensive jewelry. This necklace is another quality piece from Kendra Scott, called the Aidan. What I loved about it is the gold chain and outline with rose gold in the filigree in the center. So versatile! I love when golds and silvers are used together in jewelry as I tend to mix my own pieces. The hoops are an antique gold finish and are an inexpensive Nordstrom brand. They also come in rose gold and silver finish and you can see them here.
The jeans in my fix are by Warp & Weft. They are a nice fitting pair of jeans, but the stretch allows the back of the waist to dip which doesn’t work for me. So, back they go! That is the benefit of the Stitch Fix program. You pay a styling fee of $20 for each Fix, but have no obligation to keep anything you don’t love!
By adding my gray saddlebag, my outfit is complete. This bag is no longer available in gray but looks super cute in red, dusty rose or a silver metallic. And under $35! You can check it out here. Casual, but ready for almost anything!
Finally, I want to share the newest member of our family: Sergeant! He looks like a cross between our beloved Schnauzer, Major, who we lost this past summer, and our cute little Cairn Terrier, Scooter. We got him from our local shelter and are hoping he and Scooter will become fast friends! He is very sweet and totally trained.
Isn’t he a cutie?
Thanks for stopping by today! Check back in tomorrow for another peek at some Stitch Fix pieces. If you haven’t yet tried Stitch Fix, I will share some info tomorrow.
