Hello, everyone!
Today I am styling another look that will transition beautifully into Fall. It’s still on sale as part of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and comes in a number of colors and patterns. At less than $20, it’s a great piece to pick up and add to your wardrobe!
This black and white cross front blouse can be easily dressed up or down. Black and white is always a safe bet when you are struggling with what might be appropriate for any given occasion. It is a combination that almost always works. When in doubt, black pants and a white top is the classic choice. In addition to the floral pattern I am styling, there are a number of solids and a few other prints.
I am showing it here with some great jeans from Paige. You guessed it–also from the Nordstrom Sale. I struggle to pay the crazy high prices for designer jeans, so decided to try this pair while they are on sale.
These jeans are a high-waist style, which really just means they reach your belly button! Haha! I do like this style as they tend to hide one’s tummy yet not go up too high. I also like the “undone hem” which has a bit of a slant to it. I think this hem will allow these jeans to look good with either high or low heels, which is great. I’ll be styling them a number of ways in future posts, so you can check them out.

I’m styling this outfit with a simple choker by Kendra Scott, also from the sale. You can see a similar style here. My mules are from TJ Maxx, and the bag is from the Gap.
Well, those are my picks for today! Tomorrow will be the last post with a Nordstrom Anniversary Sale pick as the sale ends on August 6th. Whether you shop at Nordstroms or anywhere else, these items serve as a good preview for trending looks for Fall, so it’s always fun to check out their Fall Sale.
Until tomorrow…
Thanks for taking the time to check out today’s post. I hope you will check back in tomorrow. As always, thanks for LIKING and SHARING my posts. I also appreciate that so many of you are following me on Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook.
