Happy Hump Day!
This week is just flying by! I can’t believe we are more than halfway through September already! Although our weather is mild in the Fall, it has been a bit cooler this week. So, time to bring out the Fall wardrobe! Well, until the next warm-up, anyway! lol
Utility jackets and other casual looks in olive are trending this Fall, so today I am styling my olive utility vest from an earlier Stitch Fix box. My stylist was definitely ahead of the trend and saw it coming. But more importantly, this vest fits super well and looks great with so many things.
If you haven’t yet tried Stitch Fix, check it out here!
This green-and-white striped top is from JJill–an oldie but a goodie–and since striped tops are a classic, you can find them anywhere. Here is a similar one from Old Navy with cute bell sleeves. It comes in several colors–including olive!
I styled this outfit with suede booties from Lands End. They come in several colors, but I was looking for gray so I was happy to find these. (They are a darker gray–not sure why they look so blue in the photo!) The chunky heel gives some height but still feels comfortable to walk all day in. I really like the asymmetrical line of the top and the zippers on the inside!
These dark jeggings by Democracy continue to be my favorite as they are my most comfortable and fit really well.
This is a super casual outfit so jewelry should be kept to a minimum. Just add simple hoop earrings and a bracelet, and you’re ready to go!
Thanks for stopping by my post today! I hope you’ll come by tomorrow to see some more looks with olive green.
