Hello, everyone. Are you planning a trip or two this summer? Most likely you are planning at least one trip and have been thinking about what to pack. For most vacations, comfort is key, especially for shoes. Almost every trip we take involves lots of walking so it’s important to plan for that. Since we have three little trips planned, I am planning ahead and will be sharing some tips with all of you as I prepare.
Today’s post is all about comfort shoes. Yes, you truly can find and wear shoes that are both comfortable and stylish. And this season, those types of shoes are totally on trend.
Of course, you can always opt for sneakers. I have several pairs and like them for some outfits, but my preference in the hot summer is always for sandals.
Here are three that have been on sale at Nordstrom during the Half Yearly Sale:
Quality comfort shoes can be pricey, so it’s a good idea to start shopping the sales and pick up your finds early. Soon the stores will be showing fall clothing!
The Ecco sandals feel amazing, and I really like the simple look. They are not completely flat, which feels good with the ankle issue I’ve encountered. The Kork-Ease are a bit firm with a little platform and they feel like they will offer good cushioning and support. Vionic is known for their arch support and you will see in the photo how the line of the shoe matches the arch of my foot.
I will be styling these shoes with shorts, jeans, dresses, and skirts and you will see how comfort shoes really can be fashionable. And best of all, your feet won’t hurt when you are sightseeing, shopping and exploring new places. I’ll let you know which are the most comfortable.
