Happy Fourth of July! Isn’t this a great holiday? It’s such a fun day to show our patriotism while we celebrate with family and friends on a beautiful summer day!
I found this beautiful picture on Pinterest and thought it just says it all!
So, what to wear for the 4th? That is truly a no-brainer and I know that all of you are sporting your own version of the red, white and blue. Since we almost always have coolish weather on the 4th, and it almost always cools down at night at the Coast, jeans and a top are usually my go-to attire for watching fireworks. Of course, we WILL go in the pool and have a barbecue during the day!
Here is my version of the red, white and blue:
This tassel-trimmed top is on sale at Talbots and you can view it here. I have been eyeing this for a while and waited for a good price. I love the ease of the tunic-style and the tassel trim makes it current. While it really is a red-orange color, it seems to look even more orange in the photos. I am once again wearing my super cute fringed espadrilles from Lands End. I love that they are unique yet still on trend.
I continue to love these Lila Ryan jeans from Stitch Fix. The fit is perfect, and they have a cute button fly. I had to add my earrings from Glamour Farms in bright blue in honor of the holiday, along with my blue beaded Eiffel Tower bracelet from Salon Zinnia.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
From all of us at our house, including my sidekick Scooter, have a wonderful 4th of July in honor of this amazing country of ours.
