White jeans continue to be a mainstay of any wardrobe. In my last post, I shared a white-on-white outfit idea that anyone can put together. What else can we wear with white jeans? The possibilities are endless. Today, I’m styling some more white jeans outfits that you can style now for spring and wear right into summer.
One easy idea is to pair your favorite white jeans with any red, white, or blue top. Hey, it works for the American flag. And the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Australia! The list is long. Why? Because this color combo almost always works. After a simply styled black and white outfit, a red, white, and blue outfit is one of the easiest looks to wear to look totally pulled together. So, any combination of these three colors is a win.
Check out these three fun tops that all pop with white jeans.
Spring-Summer White Jeans Outfits
This V-neck boho-style top is a big seller all over bloggerland! You can pick one up in several colors (can you say 27? So, lots of choices!) and with long or short sleeves. The striking contrast of the cobalt blue with white embroider really pops against the white jeans.
It does run a little on the larger side: this is a small and it’s quite roomy on me.
I last saw it on the adorable blogger Andrea at Living on Cloud Nine. She always finds great things on Amazon–and elsewhere! She has cute decorating ideas and good recipes, too.
Try a Floral Top
A floral top in any color looks fabulous with white jeans. This cotton gathered top was purchased some time ago from Nordstrom during one sale or another. (One does lose count after a while, right? Lol!) The cotton makes it easy to wear year-round.
Red Lace Peplum
The peplum style is very popular this season. What is peplum, you ask? It’s defined as, a short, gathered, slightly flared strip of fabric attached at the waist of a woman’s blouse, jacket, skirt or dress.
It’s always a great look to pair denim with red. The girly eyelet in the peplum top contrasts in an interesting way with the more casual feel of the denim. I decided to go matchy-matchy with my red slingback pumps to keep the feminine look going. A delicate gold bracelet and earrings add a little simple elegance. Of course, this top would look amazing with your favorite indigo denim jeans, skirt, or shorts! I’ll be wearing this for the 4th of July, when, hopefully, the COVID-19 crisis is past. Nothing wrong with starting a little early, right? It will be here before we know it.
Red is such a joyous color, and we can all use a little joy right now, don’t you agree?
You can add almost any color to make any number of white jeans outfits. Shop your closet or pick up a couple of these cute tops for a wardrobe refresh!
On Another Note…

While it may seem frivolous to talk about fashion right now, my goal it to maintain some normalcy as we work through the current health crisis. It’s a healthy diversion, I think, to spend time looking at and thinking about making ourselves look and feel good–now and in the future. I know lots of ladies who, after spending the first week or so of “stay-at-home” time in their jammies or sweats, decided it was time to GET DRESSED! Even wear a little makeup. I can totally relate to this, as my goal when I started my blog is all about that. To not fall into a “uniform,” i.e. jeans and tee, when I retired from education to be self-employed. I can’t say that I stick to it every day, but I try to retain a schedule and feel good about myself by dressing a little stylishly most every day.
How about you? How are you creating a sense of normal life in this challenging time?
